As a client of My Skin Lady you are automatically enrolled into the loyalty program. For every 5 services you book you get 15% off your next appointment booked. Anytime you purchase a bundle you will receive 15% off your next bundle purchased. Anytime you refer a friend and they book and complete their service you both will get 20% off the next treatment.
For insurance purposes, before an after pictures are required. These pictures will never be posted on our social media platforms, in our portfolios, or in advertisements without your release form being signed. These pictures are kept in locked portfolios and can be sent to you directly upon request. When taking pictures of your appointment, post treatment selfies or selfies with your aesthetician please share and tag @myskinlady on social media. You may get reposted!
Guests are allowed we have one chair in the suite for them to sit and wait for your service to be over. Any guests under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult when exiting the suite and kept occupied for the remainder of your service. Any damages done by said guest or you will be added to your service total.
In order to book services with My Skin Lady a card on file is required. This will allow a faster checkout process and will allow us to enforce our policies. The deposits can be used towards services, products, or to pay fees (see late, no show, and cancellation policies for fee prices)
We ask that you keep an open line of communication with you aesthetician letting them know your estimated time of arrival to determine if rescheduling your appointment would be best. In the event that you are able to receive your service, the time remaining still stands for example, if your appointment was supposed to start at 1:00pm and end at 2:00pm but you show up at 1:10pm you have 50 minutes left your service. This time will not be extended due to your tardiness, unless you pay for additional time and the schedule allows for it. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled you will be charged 50% of your service, this fee is due same day no exceptions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Our policy: Any cancellation or rescheduled appointments will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. Any No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked and will be terminated from online booking. All cancellations, rescheduled appointments and no show appointments require payment same day.
